ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU, DOMAINE FABRICE VIGOT
A “metayage”, farm it all, give half, keep half with the Mugneret-Gibourg, a share-cropping arrangements).
BARBARESCO PAJÈ VECCHIE VITTI, ROAGNA
Legendary Traditionalist Barbaresco,
1994 CHAMBOLLES MUSIGNY LES AMOUREUSES, DOMINIQUE LAURENT
Les Amoureuses is a 5.40 hectare (13 acres) Premier Cru vineyard in the commune and appellation of Chambolle-Musigny in Côte de Nuits. One of 25 climates in Chambolle-Musigny, it is considered the best of the Premier Cru vineyards. The two Grand Cru climates in Chambolle-Musigny are Bonnes Mares and Le Musigny, but many wine experts consider Les Amoureuses the equivalent of a Grand Cru. It certainly commands the prices of a Grand Cru.
Margaux
1993 MARGAUX (5 Litre)
Don’t be fooled by the vintage, it is compensate by the size of the bottle, giving a very slow aging process.   In this vintage Château Margaux produced a relatively mid-weight, soft, richly fruity wine with some hints of weedy tobacco in the aromas and flavours of this dark plum-coloured wine. A surprising depth, ripeness, and sweetness result for that Margaux!!!!

1988 YQUEM (magnums)
The 1988 d’Yquem has an incredibly profound nose of orange marmalade, dried apricots, honeycomb, musk and dried pineapple with hints of marzipan and crystallized ginger. The palate is seamless with a great line of crisp acid cutting through the densely packed dried tropical fruit and honeyed flavour layers. The finish just goes on and on.

1989 YQUEM (magnum)
One of the outstanding Yquem’s of the modern age, this ’89 rarely disappoints. It has a limpid amber/golden colour. The nose is exuberant, just soaring from the glass with acacia honey, orange-blossom, apricots, quince and a touch of wild heather. Brilliant definition. The palate is perhaps more introspective than I anticipated but beautifully balanced with viscous honeyed fruit, tangerine, peach and just a hint of Seville orange marmalade. Lacquers the mouth in heavenly Sauternes with an extraordinarily long finish. Stunning! Drink now-2050+
